GoPro wifi app available... It's finally here.

FYI - I went to my local BestBuy tonight to get the WiFi Bacpac with Remote and they were all gone.  They had a Clearance Tag there and it was marked at $60 so I know they went like hotcakes.  What is more surprising is they had most of the other GoPro items on clearance too, including the Hero 2 cameras and the LCD Bacpac.  When I asked the store clerk if they had anymore they said they were all gone and were preparing for new stuff from GoPro.  So maybe a Hero 3 is around the corner.  I'll have to do more research to see what GoPro is up too.

Hey Al, it looks like $60 is just for the WiFi Bacpac without the remote.  With remote, it's still $99.  The tag I saw at BestBuy was $60 with the remote.

No Howard, it looks like there might be a new model coming out.  GoPro has a big announcement tonight.  We will see.

After crabbing at Doran, which was very slooooooow, and seeing James's GoPro Crab video it got me thinking about the Wifi app.  Wouldn't it be cool to take a look inside your pot before you pull it?

I believe the GP3 has wifi built in already.  Remote sold separately or included in premium package.
