I know the feeling.  My forklift at home is my extension ladder.  A pallet on the forks, extended to full mast hight & I just climb up the back of the mast to get on the platform!  OSHA, we don't need no stinkin' OSHA!

$3000 dollar question .... new 2011 AI or lightly used 2012 AI?

if the diff is new rudder vs old go for the 2012. Assuming wear/use is minimal

When I bought my 2012 AI at CCK I had a choice of a brand new 2012 or brand new 2011 with upgraded rudder.

I went with the 2012 because the factory rudder lines looked more solid compared to the upgraded 2011.
Yes it cost more.
