Thanks Eric & Scott for the info.  This will give me some ideas of what & where to look for problems as I investigate used vs. new (even at a dealership).  I need to be realistic in what I want & can spend to make this transition.

Oh if you only KNEW what I have hauled away these past few years since my dad's passing!!!!  I hauled over 15tons of scrap steel in the past few weeks alone.  The money is earmarked for winter home renovation projects though!  I have a few items still left in the hopper that can be sold when the time ir right.

My dad was a collector.  He had a use for it all and became THE ONE to go to when you needed something metal fabricated or modified.  He had at least 5 lifetimes of projects around the property.  It was time for it to move out a bit.  We joje that the removal of all this stuff from the property will cause a local earthquake becaus ethe plate can finally move  :smt044

.... taking the first step towards an AI.  Just posted my current yak for sale.  The absense of a yak will make for presence of searching for a new one.

I always have my 2 Pungo's.  It's like fishing old school!  Love it!  No rod holders, no FF, no GPS, no compass, no livewell, no milk crate & no place to pee! :smt003
