Big thanks to Weimarian & all NCKA brothers.

Over the last few days I have been feeling blue about the nature of people.  The senseless loss of Clownfish's wife to a drunk driver has been weighing heavily on me, and as you all know I had some crackhead break into my car earlier this week.

After posting about my break in, Weimarian (Ron) helped me find a cheap window for my car, and installed it for me the following day.  In doing so with his usual cheerful demeanor, Ron in no small way reminded me about the human capacity for kindness and caring so typical in the NCKA family.  For this I would like to thank Ron and all of my NCKA brothers and sisters for being the good people that you are.

So, thanks to Weimarian!  A man who's fish stories are not nearly as big as his heart.

To add to the people are not all bad column, I was at the SC county fair talking to my buddy at the info booth.  Some lady walks up and asks where she would turn in a lost wallet.  As my buddy directs her to the right place she says it belongs to someone from Felton.

About 10 minutes later, a frantic lady asks if anyone turned in a wallet.  We sent her in the right direction and asked her if she was from Felton.  Yup   

The following day, I loaded my wallet with cash for a afternoon event and promptly lost it at the farmers market.  Some guy found it, looked at my ID, walked around till he found me, and gave it back.

Two days, two returned wallets.  Lots of good folks out there.

Ron will help out anytime he can. Great big ol' heart in that guy.

It seems anytime something goes wrong around hear someone always steps up.

Great thread, with all the daily crap beng spewed about it's good to be reminded of the better side of humanity.
