LOL I thought this thread was about Joey Grammar Police; not actual grammatical assistance. 

Gramatically, both are correct.
Literally, neither are correct because, as previously stated, blind people don't drive.
My pet peeves:
Continue on....Why add 'on' to that?
Raise up...Doesn't 'raise' already mean up? Can I raise it down?
Past history...is there any other kind of history? Isn't history something that has already happened....in the PAST?
