Andy, here's the most basic way of looking at it...

RCG is an acronym, standing for:
Rockfish
Cabezon
Greenling

Only a combination of those 3 count against your 10 fish RCG limit.  ;)

Rockfish aren't cod, and lingcod is one word.

10 RCG plus 2 lingcod is the rule.
