Nice fat steaks. I threw a ton of trout back this year, now im think im going to bust out the little chief smoker again, maybe another tahoe trout trip.

Do you use a electric smoker or the wood/coal?

Ray - your soothing voice and the piano music are a pleasure every time.  Nice work on the smoked trout - looks dee-lish!   :smt001

I have a GAS SMOKER. (got it at walmart several years ago.)It's portable, can be setup any where. It holds 3, 4lb+ fish cut into steaks. 4 hrs on low and it's goooood to go so the one's say that I share it with. The apple juice, soya, brown sugar and tabasco mix do the trick.
