I love Strauss , add it to a little olive oil to cook fish or steaks. I like their organic milk too. Pop the cap off and you need a knife to cut the cream out of the way.
I hate making my own butter used to have to do it by hand every week when I was a kid. We made our own cottage cheese too.

I agree that there is a huge difference in butter that you can easily taste.

I've been hooked on the Spring Hill butter that I get at my local Farmer's Market. As a bonus, they often have fresh cheese curds too.
Just a walleye fisherman from MN tryin' ta get salty!
