Poacher Qiong Wang busted with 96 ABS

Why did they choose to not publish the name of the other individual involved?

I thought they did...David something. There were mugshots of them both. The other guy was white, FWIW.

Another publication did, yes.  Saw it here somewhere...

But the Contra Costa Times singled out the guy with the funny name.  Yellow journalism, anyone?

The articles I read named both they just focused on him as he was busted 3 times.

I got the same impression that they focused on the guy who was busted 3 times. Either way I'd really like to have a moment alone with them where nobody was watching. 

This kind of crap makes me sick. I sure hope the DA and judge both show them no mercy, but I don't have too much faith in them unfortunately. Why couldn't these guys have attracted the attention of the landlord while they were there? 

When penalties (punishment) > profit (crime) then we'll start seeing change.  Until then, the law is nothing more than text in a textbook.
