Forebay Food Thread

Didnt see one started yet.... .. The fryer will be present.. So with that in mind I will be bringing some carnitas,rockfish,tortillas ,and beer... Does anyone have A propane tank they could bring? Im carpooling and have to keep my stuff down to A minimum!... I will be bringing stuff for breakfast burritos for Sun morning as well!

Sara and I will be making some Camp Chili on Friday night after we arrive    For Saturday, be making a dutch oven dump cake     Probably some sort of meat for the BBQ too!

Btw, there is a HUGE BBQ there at the campsite for everyone to cook on!  I'll be bringing some charcoal, but i'm sure we will need more than one bag 

(ps. dont forget wood!)

I'm bringing porkchops for Saturday evening. 

Extra charcoal is a good idea because that BBQ is huge. Also extra oil or manteca for the fryer, if you want to cook fish. I won't have room for bundles of wood, so I'll comp somebody if they bring extra.

Pansit(noddles) for Friday night. Saturday morning, leftovers from Friday night.

Bepstek and a pot of steamed rice for Saturday night.

And of course some brewski.

*I'm bringing a 2 burner gas stove that everyone is welcome to use - with a couple of cast iron pots.

anyone else bringing their dogs? (not to eat....but to play with ....I had to be clear on that since there will be a few of us Flipinos present )
