mooch, I went to GWC just last summer for the first time ever.  strange alumni event,  :smt002.

yep, there were old droopy nekkid dudes everywhere, I thought I was watching survivor.

but just to confuse you, in the middle of the excitement two hot chicks with serious gazongas.

takes all kinds.

deadly steep walk down to the beach from 1. water is a lot like montara. might as well just go
to montara unless you want all that extra excitement,  :smt005

later,

Anybody know of any place in HMB to pump ghost shrimp?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

"plan B". Poplar Beach is just South of HWY 92. You gotta pay to play  :smt011
Everyone bring your VHF radios = channel 69. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Mooch,  the last time I was at Poplar Beach it was a free parking area. Are we talking a bought the same beach?

I know the State Beach, a couple of miles north, where they have camp sites is a pay parking day use area.

I don't know!... I haven't been there since i slammed my rod in my car door last time i was going to do some perching.

I think I'll try it out first! I give you a call when I get there!

Alex - you're right - poplar is free. State Beach (where the camp sites are) is where you have to pay for parking. My mistake.

Mike - I've only seen clams get pulled out off the Harbor mud during low tide...not sure about the ghost shrimp.
