I've finally reach my tenth post and figured it was time to intro myself.

At the first of this year, my fishing bud, Jerry, got an invite to yak/fish off a buddy's yak.  Hearing of his first adventure timed perfectly with my b-day and boom I bought a 2010 Revo and became a yakker.  Been out about a dozen or so times in lakes and the ocean and the only thing I wonder about is why it took so long to get into this.

I've already learned a bunch from you guys by lurkering on the board and I hope to share something for the club in the future be it usable info of just plain jackassory

I remember thinking the same thing!  I'd been paddling rec and touring boats for about 15 yrs but only very rarely fished off of them.   Found this site and was hooked!    :smt003   Hope to see you OTW some time!

yep, I got hooked then Steve, now my daughter ; )

Steve and I have been having way to much fun.  I think Steve likes all the accessories he can buy as much as yakkin, it's hard to stay up with him.  He just got the sail kit, that was after the live well, fish finder, gps, and so on and so on...

Welcome.

You get mad points for coining the term "lurkering" and scored even more points with the use of the word "jackassory".
