Good afternoon all, I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Father's Day :) My buddy and I are planning to hit the waters. We're hoping to hit Stillwater.

I know that Stillwater was closed due to the US Open. However, would anyone know if Stillwater would be open for access tomorrow?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated :) I am also considering launching out of Capitola if any colleagues think that idea is better.

Lastly, if anyone is planning to hit the waters tomorrow please let me know. We may be willing to meet with anyone. Thank you all for your input :D

I wouldn't expect to be able get into Stillwater tomorrow. Just have a plan B in case. The swell is mellow, but it'll probably get windy by 10am. Coral St in PG w/b a decent option w/SW wind. Wish I could go! Good luck!

Thanks Pat & Jed :)

My buddy and I decided to launch out of Lover's Pt and ended up fishing southward toward PG. I realized later that we shoulda launched out of Coral St instead lol!! Gotta say that I got some good paddling in :P

I ended up catching 5 fish (16.5" cabbie, juvie ling, b&y, and 2 blues). My buddy Ryan caught something like 14-15 rf, but we decided to keep 9 and released all the rest. The coolest surprise was a nice treefish that Ryan ended up catching. Gotta say that that kid always has the greatest luck lol!!

Again, thanks for all your guys' help, and I look forward to going out with you all.
