The PFMC will vote on the 3 options mid-April, as noted above.
Option 1 = full season w/increased min size from 20" to 24"
Option 2 = keep 24" min size but close season in May & June
Option 3 = emergency closure

If they choose Option 1, we will get to fish for salmon at GS4. However, most people expect them to select Option 2 because it appears to be a compromise...and that's what politicians do.

In a multiple choice question what letter is most commonly used for the correct answer?  Is it ever the first or last option? :smt003

Does that mean the season would open back up in July?  If so, why close it for 2 months, and why those 2 months?
