i used to live there, after hours. i would sneak in EVERY fri&sat nite. My record is a 22lb kitty on 8lb line.
i will go there when the water clears up and the lines to get in, lessen.

The line in the morning can really get the best of you, I used to be there 5AM I am the 6th car.. not lately.. I have pass every year..

Jedmo this is a place that I love to hate because I can't get it dialed-in when trolling from a kayak.  One of the better NCKA guys I've seen fish this lake is Pat R. and that was several years ago.  I just use the opening weekend to get my fishing season started.  Here is a great site on how to fish this reservoir http://www.luhrjensen.com/downloads/tech-bulletins/525CaliforniaSanPabloReservoir.pdf.  Hope it helps someone.  Good luck...
