FSF VS NCKA New Melones 2-13-10

Jerry Kurt and Neo were distant specks when I arrived at 8:00. My navigationally challenged brother and his girl Thelma took the scenic rout and did not arrive until 9:30. I picked up one at the ramp on a pink Seps grub waiting for them.

They showed

and we loaded

We caught up with the others in the cove.

NCKA Grumpy was there and fishless at that point

Bassmanben was on a strictly bass mission


Jerry was on as usual and sporting his new turbo fins


Kurt got a bass on a pink grub

and two trout

3 for Jerry and 3 for Neo for the day

That was a fun day! I got to meet Bassmanben, Grumpy, Neo. Best part of the day was Jerry cutting me of and getting a nice fish for it! LOL.

Thats another fishing club. Jerry (red hobie)... threw out the best stringer wins $4 from each. I didn't make it back to the dock before they left. But Im guessing he won and I owe him 4 dollars
