Make sure its way bigger than the one you release. The First one i fillet was about 25lbs and got like 4# of meat.

I haven't seen the really big  Mola Mola come in the Monterey bay in  a long time. The last time i seen one that was really huge was out of Moss landing a few year back, basking  in the son on its side near the surface I paddled next to it and was surprise how big that thing was just laying on its side. I thought it was dying but it eventually swam away!

That's really awesome I know how you feel that last trip to stump with ravensblack I caught my first and second lost it and landed the third. I was shaking so bad Craig had to make sure I was OK
