 You didn't notice maybe, but I saw that hairy, shelob-lookin thing crawling on the ground. I was in flip-flops, so I totally stepped away from it. It then crawled away across the dirt, and the next minute it's on you. Yike!

Was it a tarantula or a wolf or something else??

i was bent down, my head near his feet, i saw the shakey dance, but only at foot level, then he shreaked, squealed and flicked it off!   
 

I've seen the NOAA and found some erroneous forecast, but thats me this is what they have on WaveRider, I guess might be reading this wrong?

It looks reasonable for the Bean me thinks (though I cannot go). Not much swell but, as usual, wind picks up a bit in the afternoon.

Take a look at Saturday's swell compared to Friday's--me? I'd go Friday AM.

Any updates to this? Unless I hear otherwise, I'm there - I too need some time OTW...

I think I'll go that way in the morning. If I launch at 7:00 or so, wind at 11:00 doesn't sound too bad.
