Great Speech the SoCal guys are fighting hard and showing in big numbers as of lately big match lit under there a$$ as HUGE spots that would hurt us all are getting on the proposal as well as commercial fisherman thowing recreational underthe bus to save there spots. Not looking good once this thing goes into full effect Norcal to Socal the groups will have to unit and put up a fight even more then before and get these taken away when the 2X goes threw. I have a question about who are watching these spots and seeing if the fishing is getting better in the area around them I haven't noticed a difference What are they protecting really.
