I will be doing deep fried cheesecake.

Insane.  But I'm for it!

I too will be bringing some dessert, most likely an apple torte (I think thats what its called).

Is anyone bringing a bbq or a grill ? I've got 20lbs of Ahi/yellowfin and 20 lbs of Hamachi/Yellowtail . I've been longrange  fishing alot this year . Guess we could just eat it Raw . Just want to share with you all . David/Tigerfish

i am still bringing homemade choc chip cookies but no longer any brownies. instead i am ordering a red velvet cake from a local bakery since they make MUCH better red velvet cake than I EVER could. 

i'm grilling some tomatoe halves with garlic, feta, basil, and melting mozzerella on a bed of white rice.(to accompany some of all that MEATweGONNAeat!!

I am bringing a ham to through in my dutch oven, breakfast meat and sandwiches for OTW. Pretty sure I have a few elk roasts too, might throw them in also.

Will be working on a 3-bean salad that the wife makes.

The wifey will be making a Strawberry Rhubarb pie for the potluck... something that should be familiar to you midwest transplants...

As well as bringing carnitas and chicken, I will also be bringing some wild boar steaks which are marinating in pinneaple and worchiresauce.

I'll bring some guac for HD's chips and some muffins for the AM launch...Grab and go!
