I will be doing deep fried cheesecake.

Insane.  But I'm for it!

I too will be bringing some dessert, most likely an apple torte (I think thats what its called).

Is anyone bringing a bbq or a grill ? I've got 20lbs of Ahi/yellowfin and 20 lbs of Hamachi/Yellowtail . I've been longrange  fishing alot this year . Guess we could just eat it Raw . Just want to share with you all . David/Tigerfish
Bloodbath and me will have two propane barbecues + dutch ovens. Let's do some sashimi! Mike

i am still bringing homemade choc chip cookies but no longer any brownies. instead i am ordering a red velvet cake from a local bakery since they make MUCH better red velvet cake than I EVER could.

I am bringing a ham to through in my dutch oven, breakfast meat and sandwiches for OTW. Pretty sure I have a few elk roasts too, might throw them in also.
