Just wanted to post a few pics of it getting grilled......thanks to all of you that have inspired me to "EAT" a few meals ......selective harvesting!

pic1~ Halved tomatoes with a mix of roasted-garlic, olive oil, feta cheese inside, topped with a slice of mozzerella and fresh basil.

pic2~ WSB coated in olive oil, salt-pepper and parsley & squash(thanks O2B!)

pic3~placed on a bed of rice pilaf, sprinkled w/ grilled onions

....my wife never liked fish until I cooked some for her.
