I'm having a hard time posting pictures for some reason.  I tried resizing them but when I try to post them It just doesn't go through for some reason.  Any ideas?  I have tried to use Bills tutorial but still nothing????

Would help if you say what steps you were taking.

Jeff,

I don't know what the limits are, but I resize mine to 1024 X 768 and they come through.

Are you using the "Additional Options" button to upload files, or an image hosting  service?

I've had some problems in the past with my old computer too. I've found the easiest way to post pics is to:
1. upload them all to Flickr,
2. view the picture on Flickr you want to post on NCKA,
3. right click the picture and select "copy image location",
4. go to your post on NCKA and click the little box above your post that looks like a little picture,
5. the IMG tags will appear {img}{/img} except instead of {} it will be [],
6. click between the IMG tags and right click, select "paste",
7. use the preview function to make sure your picture made it in properly.

I upload my photos to photobucket, then in photobucket I locate the picture and  copy & paste the "IMG" into my forum post.  Haven't been on flicker yet but I suspect the process is the same.

What Fishing-Jay said is sounds about right to me.

If that's what you're doing, I wonder if Flickr is preventing other websites from hot linking to their images.

Here's an attempt by me to post one of my old Flickr images..

I still wasn't able to post my pictures either through cutting and pasteing with flickr or the additional options but I was able to insert a hyperlink to photobucket.  Works for me, thanks for the advise.

Copy+paste the line of text inside the box that says IMG Code. And the pic should appear in the post, magically. Make sure to use the one that starts with [IMG
For that link you posted, the IMG Code was on the left hand side of the pic. I'll copy+paste the IMG Code below to see if it works.
