I ended up surfing sideways myself coming in but somehow manage to keep the ride upright.

Good job guys!!  Sorry I couldn't make it.  I was just too tired to drive.  I might give it a try tomorrow.  How heavy were the lures you're using?

We were using pretty heavy leads due to the drift.  I was using a minimum of 6oz lead for the swimbaits.
The butterknife was light but it seemed to go down quickly.

I got to get me some of those GREEN scampis.

Kiel and I hit Doran Park on the way home for some crabs.  People on the left jetty are nailing the smelts from the rocks.
