I have that unit, too. The connectors corrode easily, and the only cure is a new transponder. It's impossible to buy a new connector by itself.

Nice catch.  I went to launch Sunday, but there were several boats that came straight back and said it was blowing like crazy.  Talked to about five small pb's and no one really caught anything but rough seas.
