Regardless of the hype and scare tactics, i don't think they can close off public access. However PB can make it difficult if we can't control the idiots.

Stillwater S, yes, now, watch out for the protected area (pinnacles)

Stillwater N, not till June 13, then it's open , No new protected areas will be implemented in the NCC this year, after that there are none planned within paddling distance of the launch.
