Question on the Reg's.  If you have a stinger setup with a single hook and a treble hook.  Is this considered 2 Hooks or 4 Hooks.  It is my understanding a treble hook is considered a single hook.

treble = 1 hook

note - a treble is 1 hook, but is not considered a "single" hook.  that doesnt really matter for bay fishing but it could potentially matter when river fishing in areas where a "single" barbless hook is required.
