I was sternly told that I was too late (Probably around 10:30 maybe 11:00 Saturday) to have my Reel serviced.  I can't say I got a real warm feeling from the Shimano Guys.  However, everybody else made the Show worthwhile.  Lot's of knowledge gained and the Mel Cotton People are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable.  I am glad I spent the day there but I am in agreement, the Shimano Guys did not fit into the spirit or feeling of the whole show.
