I have to say that it was a joy to fish out of and I had no idea what I was doing.  Watching Mike was inspirational.  I can't wait til we have another decent run...I am going to use the heck out of it.  Still REALLY want to do an overnight multi day drift somewhere.

Sorry for the late report but a trip with Sean is always fun. Haven't had the Pram out in quite awhile but I grew up rowing so it was sorta like riding a bike Sean did great these boats are too much fun a so much easier to fish out of than a Kayak. Did Sean say how hot it was I was down to shorts after the first hole your not wet like a Kayak and being surrounded by metal makes it pretty toasty. He is a few shots of Sean and his ride in the last photo he looks like a Pro.
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

That is the understatement of the year...I was dying in waders and fleece.  I also noticed thet the reflection from the hull also gave me quite a sunburn.  I will be sure to be more ready to shed layers in the future.

Sounds like a lot of fun; smoked pork, fosters and Hoo Hoo's-can't complain on a trip like that.  Congrats on your project-it looks like a steelhead/salmon machine!

Those are really cool little boats!

My brother in law had a new england style dory he used to row on Lakes in SoCal long ago, I was about 9 years old & my job was to sit in the stern & hold the lead line trolling a needlefish for trout.
Thanks for the memory recall guys!

Now all we need is some steelhead!  Man this year was the pits.

They are amazingly agile and purposeful little craft.  Mine is small by driftboat standards, huge by pram standards...Mikes is a sweet little go-kart sized unit. Very fun and a fresh challenge.  Rowing is soooOOOOoo different than paddling.

By saying rowing is soooooOOOOooo different you mean Pain in the ass compared to paddling right?  I know it is better on moving water but rowing on dead water sucks from my experiences.

All it all it looks like a lot of fun though.
