Date of rock fish closure HMB

I know rf closes in Santa Cruz and south on 11/31. I remember last year rf was closed north of Pigeon pt 11/1. Is that still the case this year or does it close 11/31? 

Closes Nov 30. But remember you can only fish to 120ft up there.
