Had another epic time @ San  Antonio Lake this three day weekend and caught numerous Kitty cats. Nothing huge but very steady. My son Kris caught A couple of beauties as well. No striper love for me. :smt011 Pics to follow later.

That's a tough lake to fish. Especially during Labor Day wknd! Good job on the kittycat filets. Glad to hear Cochino got some fish too!

Those are a couple of very respectful cats , if I never caught another one bigger than those I would be happy ! Where is San Antonio Lake , SoCal ?  Been to San Antonio TX but never the lake .

Looks like you camped at South Shore this time. What did you catch those cats on? I have stayed up til 4am fishing for cats there and never got anything as big as those two.

Those are definitely some beautiful cats.  I have almost forgotten what it was like to be a kid, fishing for cats in Ohio.  We would stay up at night to catch way more nightcrawlers than we actually needed, then ride bikes to the river to catch catfish, or throw rocks.  I sometimes want to go back to fishing like that (especially when getting skunked with the bass :smt003)

Good job getting the boy out there with you.  Some of my favorite memories from when I was a kid was fishing with my dad.

The red fins on Kris' cat are awesome.  Way to get him on the fish.  Cool report.   :smt001
