How do you catch, cook, and eat those crawdads?  Phoneman

We used traps baited with fish head and dried dog food. We also did some free diving - turned over rocks and picked 'em by hand.
We boiled 'em with a seasoning pack (Fuzz or Chuck brought the seasoning)
Pull the head off and suck the brains out and then peel the skin off the tail to get into the meat.
