All of a sudden an embarrassment of riches. Thanks folks - I'll squeeze as many in as I can. Submissions are still welcome until noon tomorrow, but you have to really wow me to make the cut now. Please try!

This is my take off of the new school power supply, As shown from the quarter it is small ,very easy to hook up, easy to recharge. It consists of a one 8aa holder and one 2 aa holder. It plugs in via the two prong plug to a waterproof new blade style fuse holder. The outside has a strap that goes around it that attaches inside the hull to the side of the rod holder tube, up and out of the way. I have used it for over a year now and have been extremely happy with weight and performance. It will power my fishfinder for days at a time without recharge.

I have the same set-up but mine uses the 10AA battery holder. The connection on top of the 10AA holder looks like that of a 9V battery so removing the whole pack is a cinch.
