Has anyone recentley had any good fishing on San Antonio Lake? Im considering going down there in the near future to do some Striper Fishing.

Lets roll. The smallie bite has been red hot the last few weeks. Stripers are tough to catch there in the summer.

Probably not anymore but I won a pool out there back in the day with a nice trout....I guess they haven't planted there in the last 20yrs or so? :smt009

They haven't planted San Anton' for a long time. But you might be thinking about the one in the bay area, San Antonio Res....off limits now but has great fishing (I heard).
Lake San Antonio in south Monterey Co has largemouth, smallmouth, spotted, striped bass, white+channel catfish, white crappie, bluegill, redear, and carp.
