Hello All!

I'm looking to restock my tackle supply in anticipation for May 1st opener, and I was wondering where you guys like to order on line, esp. for saltwater tackle, for making your own lures, etc.

All we have down here in North County SLO is Wally World  :smt003(Walmart).

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!

If you are in the Sacramento area, go to Rocklin and go to "Sportsmans Warehouse" They also have one in Reno. Good luck on the re-stocking  :smt006

I'm blessed with many options to support local businesses... Fisherman's Warehouse, Mel Cotton's, and Hi's Tackle Box to name a few that I frequent...

But when I do look to the net, I've been happy dealing with;

Bass Pro Shops
Cabelas
Tackle Direct
Mellon Tackle
Chark Bait

Agree what's posted. Gotta support your boys here in Cali @ Fisherman's Warehouse. Good people. I do check out Tackle Direct a bit when they have unique items that are hard to find. BTW boycott Wally!!! :smt002

The Santa Barbara area doesn't have much in the way of tackle shops other than Hook Line and Sinker, a good shop, but very small.  When I go on-line I have ordered rods, reels, and tackle from Charkbait.com.  They have some deals with specials, generally they send your order pretty quick, and I have gotten good recommendations from them via e-mail.
