I know it should be here someware or has atleast has been discussed,
but where does one go to get info on 2008 N.C.K.A. events early
enough to schedule time off at work.
I have been watching this site for some time now and have really
enjoyed the information i have recieved. The anglers who post their
reports have also been very helpful. I was able to make it to bamIII
and really enjoyed the people I met there and was hopping to
become more involved. The only problem i have is
getting time off in order to particapate.
It seams like there should be a calander of events to plan around.
This would probaly also help others to become more involved.
Any info on this would be greatly appriciated.
Please pm me, e-mail me, or just reply yo this post.
Thanks,
Eric

Our HMB event generally happens the opening weekend of RF season. I think this year we are going to aim for a date later in the season but it is entirely dictated by the dates of the RF season.

Thanks for the response.
Thats what makes this site great!
Can't wait to get out and start fishing again.
Even though it's probably just going to be
a donation i figured i would join the AOTY pot
and see what happens.
Please keep me posted on events as the become
available.
Thanks,
Eric

Hey yakhopper,
there should totally be a get-togher event in your area this year! A lot of good fishing opps near Fresno. Like Shaver, Pine Flat, Bass Lake, Huntington, Edison (MY favorite!) and I'm sure there's more.

PK,
I was thinking the same thing.
If there's enough intrest I will try to get
the owner of the co. (Fisherman's Warehouse)
to let me sponsor an event (maybe Shaver
or Bass lake for trout).
Also if anyone is ever in the area I would be glad to
join them on the local waters.
Just send me a PM.

Eric, that would be awesome :smt007 I've been trying to hit up FW in San Jose to donate prizes for NCKA events but never had any luck. And I can truly say that a majority of NCKA residents from the Peninsula up to the South Bay mostly buy their fishing gear at FW. It would be nice to have a tackle shop support a club such as NCKA.

I'm glad we have you on board  :smt002
