Abking;  Oh Yes.  Ab in a natural Cab stomach acid marinade.   Now that's exactly what I'm talking about.   Weird yet wonderful eats.

Found a legal size day old dead ab stuck in seaweed after the storms last week on Big River, Mendocino.  Wanted to taste it carefully or at least use it as crab bait but was afraid of getting a $1,350+ fine for touching it.  I don't have an ab licence.  Too complicated.  Can't even spell it.

Didn't want to take it to court as evidence as it could have caused a smelly local legal newspaper scandal with my name on it.    Of course I like to imagine taking it to the supreme court if necessary, after it got really ripe, but am too busy to go to Washington D.C..   Ever.

I enjoy all your posts.   Thanks.  Let me know if you are down Mendocino way.   -Matt

I think you people have WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY too much time on your hands.  You need to go fishing. :smt044

However, I have had Balutes, which is the fermented aborted, partially developed fetus of a duck or chicken still in it’s shell, and have sucked boiled crawfish brains.
