Thanks for da love my gents!  Going to Monterey made for a trip to Santa Cruz more accessible in my commute options.  Hey honey, I’m thinking bout heading on back to Monterey to fish.  Uhhhhh, you better catch something, that’s 60$ of gas.  O man, I remember now.  Well Santa Cruz is closer and that’ll save us some cash.  Oh, ok, that sounds good.  When will you be home?….to be continued…

Heck yeah, securing the stuffed animals and securing dinner. Thats a double dip! I love those whitefish. My favorite way to cook them is on the stovetop with lemon & capers…like chicken piccata style.

As far as I know, pollock is used for most imitation crab.
