On the Pebble Beach Live Cam you can see they've set up the bleachers, and I recall that in a past year the dockmaster told me the launch would be closed that weekend. 

Dang! That's a bummer. I totally forgot about the First Tee Open. Was considering a trip there this wknd. Guess I'll have to try the alternate Pebble launch (to the north on 17 Mile Dr) if I go there.
