got up this morning, looked outside and my kayak&truck were gone. :smt013 I live in Healdsburg. They were taken sometime after midnite. The kayak is an ocean kayak big game prowler-yellow with all the goodies. It has rudder, anchor trolley, ocean deluxe seat, carlisle simply magic paddle, 6-scotty rod holder bases, green milk crate with lid and 2 white rod tubes. The center console has a 18" ruler taped on also I cut out the inside of the console to make a rod pod ala trident. Truck was a 1990 Chevy ck 1500 4wd gold with white wilddernest camper shell. Yakima racks with blue wind toys pad.
I've been lurking this board for awhile but is my frist post was'ent sure where it should go. Any way someone sees my yak please pm me.
Thanks everyone.
                             DALE

P.S. I just meet Chucke and Zilla at Yorty Creek Lake Sonoma two weeks ago.

Dale,
Sorry to hear about this BS and I hope you recover your lost. Their have been others on this board who have suffered the same kind of theivary and even if you cable your yak to your truck they still get all of it.
Will keep an eye out from the East Bay, Frankfishing

Dale we'll keep our eyes peeled up here in Humboldt. I have an ear into the kayak world echo chamber and will be looking for used yellow big game. Definitely let the police know, they might have found the kayak ditched on the side of the road somewhere.

I really hope you find it. With such a uniquely modified kayak, it is definitely possible. I'd suggest you post the same info on all of the kayak websites, like plasticnavy, etc.
Man, that is a MAJOR bummer!
Good luck,
PK

Dale
Sorry to hear your misfortune.  I've printed your description, and I will keep my eyes peeled.  I wonder if they were after the truck or the kayak?  Hope it turns up.

That Sucks!!!!

I'm sure if they try to sell it anywhere in Nor Cal we'll be on them like Stink on a Monkey...

Should give a call to the local Kayak shops too.

I  hate to hear that news.
I will keep a search going on craigslist and other yak sites for any suspicious yaks for sale.
