Should a member be banned for reposting a "member's only" report on another site

It was only an issue because somebody took info & content from a Private section of the site and posted it on another site (without the original poster's permission). That's a clear breach of internet-fishing-website etiquette. And a general lack of common sense. But it probably wasn't done with malicious intent. So public flogging doesn't seem necessary in this case. Hopefully the rule is obvious enough now....whatever happens in Members Reports, stays in Members Reports. It's actually quite simple.

Well said Pat! All these guys that are downplaying and minimizing what happened.....you notice that they ALWAYS post their reports in the Member's Only section. As a matter of fact the Public Forum could accurately be relabeled the Crabbing & Non-Yak Forum. They love to tell the rest of us that we are wrong for wanting to keep Member's Only true to it's meaning but what hypocrites they are.

There will always be those that enjoy coming off as The Most Tolerant, The Nicest Most Willing to Share it All, just a bunch of big hugable luvable Care Bears.....and yet these are exactly the guys that are holding back the most intel that they will take to their graves, hoard the most secret spots, and wouldn't share a hot bite with their own brother late on a Sunday nite.  Give me a break!
