Looking for a quick answer to how big the opening is for the rod holders are on Hobies.  My guess is around 2 1/2" but need to be sure for a part I want to order to try and build a RAM mount that fits inside the molded in holders.  If I dont get an answer, i'll check when I get home, so no worries

you talking diameter of the flush mounts in the tank well area....1.8 inches. I tuned some tube extensions for them and that's what I got!

Its never as big as you think it is!

On my Adventure it's 1.79 inches measured with digital calipers....   so the 1.8 seems to be right on... although you can keep telling her it's 2 1/2 :P
