THANKS for the additional link Mooch, some great setups in both threads...

No worries. I'll go a head and "sticky" this subject so it's easier to find for future reference.

That hospital table/sink sounds great.  If porky decides it's not right for him I'd be interested.

You can also keep an eye out for kits or plans to make a gardener's 'planting bench' or 'potting bench'.  I've seen nice-looking complete kits for good prices on sale sometimes.

Nice gloves duuude!

I work as an EMT and wear those nitrile  gloves many times a day everyday. They are easier to get into than latex and your hands sweat less. Thicker too, don't knock em till you tried em!

I wear those gloves when I BBQ, tip to everyone where several pairs, as one set becomes mucked up, peel em off and toss em, then you have a pair already on and you don't have to try pull on a set when your hands are wet and or sweaty.

I made a fish cleaning table from a potting bench kit I bought at OSH Hardware for my patio....installed an inexpensive stainless bar sink and faucet.....connected water from a hose bib.....and drained it through a garden hose into a piece of PVC that I drilled holes in to drain into the garden.  The legs have plastic pads on the bottom to keep the wood off of the ground.  It's coated with four coats of exterior polyurethane.  My wife did the artwork.  It works good for fish less than 30 inches.  No more fish slime dripping on the kitchen floor and cleaning the cutting board is done on the lawn with the hose with the rest of my kayak fishing gear.  Here's pictures.
