Now is the time to get out on the water and enjoy the last of the season,  and with a chance to possibly see a Great White.http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/localnews/ci_13477066

You've heard of Gray Whale watching season? Let's start GWS watching season! For the tourists. Wahoo! I'll fish when and where I want to and not worry about it but I'll snap pics if I do see one one I regain control of my muscles and the paralyzing fear has subsided  :smt003

For myself I would love to be out there , but I need time to recuperate from the great halibut hunt of 09.

A 60lb  WSB was caught yesterday( see Bayside). Imagine having  the good fortune to hook something  like that from a kayak and then wondering what kind of attention it was attracting as the fight wore on.

If things go according to plan, I hope to be on the water two or three times before the end of the season, albeit it nervously.

Sin Coast,  That is crazy!  That shark looks about 250 yards away from shorelines.  I wonder if anyone else here gets to see such great heights.  Not sure if that's good or not?  But yeah!  Any kayaker here ever seen sharks get airborn while Kayak fishing?
