I bought one of these. Unfortunately the battery is only good for about 10 mins and is not enough for my cleaning needs.
A battery upgrade is $60 plus.

I think you got a defective battery.  My battery lasts me 4-5 fishing trips which are approximately 90-120 minutes (I have not measured time, just an estimate).
Eddie also bought the same model, and he had no battery issues.
You might want to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

Looks like the one from walmart says 2.0Ah, maybe certain bundles have larger batteries?

you guys should get the DC adapter so in case you forget to charge the battery you can use the car's ac plug

this thing has AC and a garden hose hookup?  No AC plug.  Just battery and charger.  Yes, a garden hose hookup.

capable of using as a lower PSI unit at home? Yes but very low pressure, only 350 psi.  Typical home pressure ranges from 1,500 + psi.

Just grabbed one to see if it's enough for washing the car.  Thanks for posting this!

Garden hose sucks for getting the grime off lol.  But you're right, busting out a full size pressure washer is too much work so I was hoping this would cut it for those quickie car washes.

The trick for cars with a pressure washer is the foam cannon.  Not the one I have, but similar:

https://www.amazon.com/Tool-Daily-Cannon-Connector-Pressure/dp/B07HC898GM

With a quality soap, recommended by my friend who does professional details:

https://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Guys-CWS_402_64-Car-Wash-Soap/dp/B071RKWXKV/ref=pd_lpo_2?pd_rd_w=BzaZ0&content-id=amzn1.sym.116f529c-aa4d-4763-b2b6-4d614ec7dc00&pf_rd_p=116f529c-aa4d-4763-b2b6-4d614ec7dc00&pf_rd_r=5WTMM7AVPSS7BKZJ237M&pd_rd_wg=7G0Pz&pd_rd_r=d0530087-59f6-4480-aea6-b2608d4add71&pd_rd_i=B071RKWXKV&th=1

Wet the car, hit whole car with foam.  I use a mircofiber scrubber to just gently remove stuck on grime, pressure rinse, then dry with microfiber towels.  Uses less water and is faster than a garden hose.  Takes me about 15 minutes for the cars, maybe 20 for my truck.
