Took the new yak out for a spin today.   Very stable and comfortable ride.  Really love the 360 swivel chair.  Tried paddle and not too bad for speed but not tracking well maybe I need to modify the trolling motor to add a "bullnose" rudder.

My friend sent me some pictures while we out there.

Added the DIY rudder to trolling motor to improve tracking.  Will see if it will help.

When I get my battery I'll race you in my AI Sonny! 

Made some modifications on my new kayak while recovering from the flu.  Add a rod holder and voltage meter for monitor the battery status.  What else should I add?

Around 130lb for now:
75 for kayak
28 for trolling motor
27 for battery
The kayak capacity is 450lbs

Working on the PWM modification.   Tested the controller and it's working great.
