well i got these:

pancake mix powder
handful of rf fillets with all bones removed
some eggs
corn flake crumbs

prepare the fillets, remove the bones and place em all on a plate

one at a time roll each fillet in the pancake powder, coat them good, the moisture of the fillet will attract the powder.

dip it in the egg (this is the cool part, the pancake powder and egg mix and makes it all real sticky)

then coat it with the corn flake crumbs

then put it in some good ol corn oil.

make sure your oil isnt too hot, i use medium to low and only let it fry til it just starts turning golden brown.

we ate them with rice and some ponzu sauce.

the recipe is good because the coating of crumbs does not come off as much since you use the pancake mix before the egg.

i think my wife took some to work where she will have it for lunch. i think i should have brought some myself since im getting hungry again and these sunflower seeds are just not cutting it.
