I was a competitive swimmer for a long time so I grew up not minding swimming in a brief.  Have always worn them under wetsuit.  Makes it convenient to strip down at the showers at Cowell's and rinse out the wetsuit, without having to get any other garments wet. Can't do that naked now can you?

Wait are we talking about jogging pants or wetsuits because mines pretty snug and supportive down in that area .... Sounds to me like a personal problem..  Just kidding

No but seriously I have never had a problem with a properly fitting wetsuit. My suit fits snug in that area.

As in many things yakfishing oriented, to each their own . I applaud anyone who is confident and enjoys what they do.
Just know you could end up on some "xxx changing surfer" website"  . It happened down here in Santa Cruz. I think the court ruled that if the phographer wasn't making money on the images and the photographed were in a public place like the side of hwy 1, it was OK.  I'm not positive about this though (it was a year or so ago that it was in the paper). See, even we have paparazzi!

Its not as empowering when you're on hwy 1 in HMB fighting your wetsuit off then manage to lose the towel and trip cause the wetsuit has a guillotinbe grip on your ankles.....then you're diving back into your car bare assed in front of the afternoon weekend traffic thats watching you fumble around the side of the road.   

Its a good thing I was not in SC. 

I wear a pair of speedo like shorts made by Dolphin. Longer than speedos, tight enough so they don't bunch up and they dry really fast.
Makes it a lot easier to disrobe where ever I happen to be at the time with no worries about scarring anyone for life.

Freeball. I don't have expensive diving underwear, and peeing in my suit while diving stinks up any clothes I have under my suit.
