Capitola skiff report, 7/10

Hi,
Red tide at pier but a lot of anchovies at pier.

The rockfish were biting at different spots.  My best advice is to move until you find them.  Live bait, fresh cut mackerel and frozen squid all work.

I caught three ling cod but all short on swim bait.

This catch is from two boats.

Halibut was caught by people at mile buoy.  The swell laid down by 9am.
