Hobie Outback rudder control

This shows the rudder is almost locked in.

I had that problem in my old Outback. I had to readjust the tension on the control lines so it would lock in. Those "cables" seem to stretch over time and sometimes just need a bit of tightening to get the rudder to lock in place.
