A few years back a crab at crabfest made it's way into the kayak hull.  Now, I'm not accusing anyone, but I don't recall even getting a crab that year.  Ha!  Got home and left the kayak sit for a couple weeks.  When we realized something was amiss, and I opened the hatch, whoWWWWWeeeeee!!

or catch a limit of crabs and can't account for the one who crept into the darkest part of the inside of your kayak and died there during the night and you forget to go look for it for two days!  :smt013 :smt013

Day 1:  Something smells a little funky in the truck. Suspect cooler, pulled cooler out and washed it.

Day 2:  Huh, smelling a bit worse in here even without the cooler. Found old anchovie package in the crate and washed crate and tossed garbage.

Day 3:  Wow...  It's smelling quite ripe still in the truck.  :smt009  Found I left an anchovy in a KA and it slipped out of the crate.

Day 4:  OMG... Almost :puke: opening the door again, this time see that in a bait bucket I loaned out was a whole mackerel and what looks like actual fish sauce.  Debating if I want to clean that bucket or toss it....

:pray for no day 5  :smt044

Waaaay back in high school buddy and I borrowed his mom’s car (with permission). Went and shot limits of quail. Didn’t count them on returning home. One had fallen through the hub hole of the spare tire in the trunk. A few weeks later…

Sent into the secondary inspection after a hot two day drive up Baja headed home.  Custom woman wanted to look in the hulls of all the kayaks.  Mine first.  She popped the hatch of my Outback and could not get off her ladder quick enough.  Apparently I'd left a trigger fish in the hull.  She released us immediately and sent us on our way!
